The hotel is beautiful and very clean, though

we had an unsettling experience when someone managed to open our room door at night. The staff were very responsive when we reported it. The location is perfect for exploring, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was great.

Room size felt cramped for the price paid.

Elegant room, delicious breakfast, with our beautifully renovated room featuring a marble bathroom and the superb veranda overlooking the Roman rooftops that was perfect for enjoying our morning meal.

We had a lovely stay where the rooms were beautifully renovated and very clean. breakfast wasn't as varied as we remembered, but still quite good, and we appreciated being upgraded upon check-in!

Location near the Spanish Steps made getting around Rome easy, which I loved. The unique furnishings in my Junior Suite felt classy. The smartphone provided during my stay was super helpful for navigation and making calls without extra charges. Breakfast offered great options and was quite delicious. Though the staff members were mostly nice, some seemed a bit detached. My room, unfortunately, had a few issues. It showed clear signs of wear with worn carpet and a need for some touch-up paint. The bathroom was small and had no counter space, making it tricky to organize personal items. Also, the room's lighting made it difficult to get ready. Some electrical switches felt unreliable, adding to my concerns during the stay.

i loved my stay at starhotels collezione. the superior double room was really comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing! the hotel is very well located near unique shops and attractions. the employees were lovely, making my experience even better. plus, the buffet breakfast had great options that fueled my days perfectly.
